Mădălina Ghenea will play for the first time in a Romanian film. Here’s what the movie is about.
Mădălina Ghenea received the first role in a Romanian film. It will play in “Urna”, a feature film by the director and actor Dorian Boguță, which will enter theaters in Romania on March 6th.
Alongside her, she plays Teodor Corban, Marin Grigore, Irina Rădulescu, Dragoș Bucur, Lucian Ifrim and Liviu Pintileasa. The film marks two premieres. One is the fact that Mădălina Ghenea is in the first role in a Romanian production, and the second, that Irina Rădulescu, the daughter of the late actor Dem Rădulescu, has the first score in a feature film.
What the film director says
“Several years ago, my family went through a drama, a bitter drama, with which you meet in movies rather than in real life. It’s hard to imagine that in life you can face the disappearance of a man more than dear. That event left a deep scar in my soul and those around me, and the suffering I experienced gave birth to the idea of a film, “says director Dorian Boguță, according to elle.ro.
“A movie with a lot of suspense came out, which could not miss the emotion. And if in the end the spectators will come out of it and hang around asking a few questions about what’s happening to us, everyone, I like to think that I haven’t lived a part of my life and that I left something behind mine, “he added.
