‘Sanremo 2020’, the early evening plays: Amadeus beats Carlo Conti and Claudio Baglioni, his best debut since 2005!

The predictions did not seem to be in his favor and many did not bet on him instead Amadeus, backed by Fiorello, managed to record a departure for a bang for his Sanremo: the conductor in fact obtained for his debut evening 52.2% of share, the highest figure since 2005.

As usual, the controversies were not lacking (you can find some HERE) but apparently the Festival of the Venetian conductor convinced the public by gluing 12,480,000 spectators to the screen (with 51.24% of share) in the first part of the evening and 5,698,000 (with 56.22% of share) in the second.

After the record plays of Paolo Bonolis in 2005 – 12,218,000 spectators with one share 54.78%. – only Claudio Baglioni in his first year of running the Sanremo festival, in 2018, had managed to reach 51.1% of share.

To guarantee the excellent outcome of the evening (which we told you in THIS post), in addition to the talent of the conductor who has never lost his self control and the 12 big in the race, of course, the amazing ironic shoulder of Rosario Fiorello, the exciting performances of Tiziano Ferro and the highly appreciated monologues of Diletta Leotta and most importantly of Rula Jebreal.
