The Venice Film Festival showed us the second red carpet of this seventy-sixth edition: here are the promoted and rejected looks
The seventy-sixth edition of the Venice Film Festival has come alive. The second red carpet showed us, like the first one, some noteworthy looks and others to forget. From Scarlett Johansson to Liv Tyler, passing through the godmother of the Cinema Show Alessandra Mastronardi, each one walked the catwalk with a different outfit. What were those promoted? Which ones, however, failed?
Venice Festival: the looks of the second day
We are already at the second red carpet of the Venice Festival and the VIPs who crossed the famous red catwalk are many. From Scarlett Johansson, who in addition to a perfect body also showed her tattoos, to Liv Tyler, the movie stars have shown off looks worthy of note, both for the taste and for the bad choice. Obviously, even for the second day of the Film Festival we have someone who has been promoted and someone else who has been rejected.
The promoted looks
Speaking of promoted looks we can only start from the beautiful Scarlett Johansson.
The actress, as if she were the incarnation of Jessica Rabbit, traveled the red carpet with a red Celine dress. A close-fitting sequined dress, a mermaid and with a showy slit. Open back, visual tattoos and a wet hairstyle that hasn't lost its way all evening. Beautiful as always, Scarlett passed the fashion exam with full marks.
Kate Upton showed us a black dress by Pleasedontbuy by Twinset with a noteworthy slit. To give light to the outfit, the actress and model chose a Bvulgari series. Examination passed? Absolutely yes.
Matilde Brandi has chosen to show off a dress by Renato Balestra. Fairytale-style lavender, the showgirl and actress wore a single shoulder dress with ruffles and a wide skirt with slit. Wonderful, Marco Costantini's wife confirmed her great elegance.
Paola Turani opted for a beautiful dress in the same color as his eyes. The model and influencer showed on the red carpet with a blue creation by Pleasedontbuy by Twinset. Flounce model, short in front and long in back, Paoletta has impressed those who were in Venice.
Bar Refaeli wearing a dress by Manila Grace he walked the catwalk with a tummy that won the Festival. Had it not been for this detail, his look would have gone completely unnoticed.
Madalina Ghenea literally conquered everyone present at the Mostra del Cinema. The actress chose to wear a Zuhair Murad princess dress. Long, gold-colored with silver details and a mini train, the look was perfect for the occasion.
Helsa Hosk he showed off a dress by Etro worthy of note. Very simple black top and golden skirt with a wide slit. Also promoted with full marks.
Elodie opted for a mermaid dress, complete with a train, in silver color signed Blumarine. Beautiful, sensual and elegant as never before, the singer has enchanted those present.
We conclude the promoted of the second red carpet of the Venice Film Festival with Silvia Bussade Braz who showed off a wonderful dress by Alberta Ferretti. She too, elegant and wonderful, has passed the exam in an excellent way.
The failed looks
And now let's move on to the VIPs who left as many as were Venice Festival with an open mouth, obviously not in a positive sense. In first place we have Candice Swanepoel who showed off an Etro creation. A blouse, not too wide, with blue and white stripes with a waistband. Do you know when after a night of passion with a man you wear his shirt and have breakfast in bed? Well, this is the impression that Candice gave us.
Liv Tyler, despite having chosen a dress by Givenchy Couture and embellished it with Bvulgari jewels, it has not caught the attention of the Venice Festival. At first glance, the completely black dress that leaves the shoulders uncovered makes it look like it just came out of the shower.
The Godmother of the Venice Festival Alessandra Mastronardi, for his second red carpet, he disappointed a little. After the elegance shown during the first evening, Gucci's dress, complete with a bat in life, left us a bit perplexed. We refer you to the third day, trusting in your usual good taste.
Laura Dern chose a Gucci dress with a green background with white and silver motifs. Black belt at the waist and a strange burgundy red line on the end of the skirt. Given her beauty she could have conquered the red carpet, but, at least this time, she is postponed to the next catwalk.
Among the worst clothes of the second day of Venice 76 there is also Billie Piper. The dress, signed Erdem, is silver to the knee, while up to the calf is white lace. To 'embellish' everything is a mega bow in black waist with glitter. Nothing to say, see you at the next red carpet.
Melita Toscan Du Plantier has the same fate as previous colleagues. With a white dress, similar to the one worn by the ancient Romans, she seemed to be invited to a theme party.
Molly Sims has chosen to show off a creation of Zuhair Murad Couture. Rosa, with numerous frills, would have passed the exam only if she hadn't shown off a really not very elegant neckline.
Anais Gallagher, daughter of the singer of Oasis Noel, made a really incomprehensible choice. The girl opted for a jacket and pants suit by Salvatore Ferragamo black with orange flowers. The question, as always, is only one: why?
The former gieffina Carolina Marconi could have passed the exam, but considering the neckline too excessive we refer you to the next red carpet.
Eleonora Carisi closes this roundup of failed looks for the second red carpet of the Venice Film Festival. The fashion blogger has chosen a Blumarine designer dress that seems to be more of a showy dressing-gown than anything else.
